Lisa Spaniak is the founder of Apogee Systems, where she helps entrepreneurs and business owners start using AI tools to take their businesses to the next level, with a focus on utilizing Claude Code to build tools, apps, CRMs, and internal/external systems.
She is currently the Director of Operations at Truth in Real Estate™, a startup focused on bringing integrity into the real estate industry. After months of searching for a CRM that fit the business's needs, she decided to try building one herself. How hard could it be? She started the hard way, downloading Python and learning to code from scratch, then moved on to visual coding tools. When she discovered vibe coding and the true power of AI, she dove in completely and built a proprietary CRM that now funnels billions of dollars in real estate referrals and realizes yearly multi-million dollar revenue. In addition, she's fully transitioned the business to an AI-based model, which has allowed them to develop new ideas, products, and offerings at an exponential rate. Lisa is also a licensed REALTOR®: she was nominated Rookie of the Year by Chicago Agent in her first year, and she is a 2025-26 ICON agent with eXp Realty.
Lisa started Apogee because she's lived the problem it solves. While building at Truth in Real Estate, she saw firsthand how much AI could transform a business, from operations to product to growth, and realized most business owners had no idea where to begin. Today, her work is helping them close that gap: showing entrepreneurs how to put AI to work in their own businesses and unlock what they're capable of.
